FAITH FORMATION (9-12)

Lebanon Catholic School’s coordinator of Campus Ministry Guide our students’ faith formation from grades nine through 12. We also have the service of a priest chaplain at least one day a week.  All students and faculty participate in regular school-wide and class Liturgical celebration, morning, and afternoon prayer, Penance services, retreat days, Stations of the Cross and other prayer services. The school is blessed to have a chapel that students are encouraged to visit and spend time in private prayer.  Retreat programs provide the opportunity for students to set aside the regular concerns of daily life and reflect in quiet prayer.

ACADEMIC PROGRAMS (9-12)

Lebanon Catholic’s academic programs on this level are designed to train its students to think of critically and constructively, to make life decisions based on Catholic morals and principles, and to learn skills necessary to accomplish life’s goals.

Students in grades 9-12 are offered a challenging curriculum of studies, including advanced placement classes for qualified students. Our school offers a variety of classes in advanced mathematics and sciences, foreign languages – including a Latin course offered prior to SAT testing.  There also is a diverse selection of required and elective courses in the humanities.

Small class sizes contribute to an enriching academic environment. More than 90% of our graduates pursue post-secondary education. With approval, seniors may take college level courses at Lebanon Valley College or the Lebanon Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College. Vocational education training is available to seniors through The Lebanon County Career and Technology Center.
