Dear Lebanon Catholic School Parents:
We are grateful for your choice to support the mission of Lebanon Catholic School by deciding to have your child or children educated here on Assumption Hill.
Our Profit Sharing Program was implemented to help raise funds to offset even higher tuition increases and unforeseen budgetary expenses. This year, a new title has been applied to this effort, which is meant to better reflect the actual intent of the program – The Lebanon Catholic School Fundraising Program!
Several points of clarification for this program:
- A family with one child is obligated to sell $600 of items, or can write a check to Lebanon Catholic School for $300.
- A family with more than one child is obligated to sell $1,000 of items, or can write a check to Lebanon Catholic School for $500.
- Families who exceed their obligation will be credited with 1/3 of their overage amount to their tuition bill.
- Participation in “Fundraising Program Events” is the ONLY way to receive credit toward your account, should you choose to not write a check for the full or partial amount due.
- All parents will receive updates of their account several times throughout the academic year.
- Please direct questions on your account to Scott Clentimack at 273-3731, ext. 322.
An official “Lebanon Catholic School Fundraising Program” schedule is included on the reverse side. Thank you for your participation.
